1. All orders are accepted by purchase order only. All pertinent information regarding in hands date, thread color, quantity, sizes, ship to addresses, etc. mus be on the purchase order.
2. Production is scheduled after approval of proof if required and receipt of goods. Proofs exceeding 10,000 stitches are billed at $10.00 ea. There is no charge for digital proofs of designs less the 10,000 stitches.
3. Blue Heron does not compensate customers for goods damaged in production if the value of the goods is less than $100.00. Blue Heron does not compensate customers if damages are within the industry standard of 2% - 5% damage rate. Industry standard trumps dollar value in all circumstances. Replacement goods are the responsibility of the customer. Blue heron may opt to issue a credit to customer in the event damages exceed the stated threshold. Blue Heron carries errors and omissions insurance.
4. All contract services are paid on a Visa or Mastercard.
5. Blue Heron verifies counts of merchandise prior to production. If descrepancies are found the customer is promptly notified and production will be recheduled.
6. Shirts and hats can't be group for total quantity.
7. Turn around is 5-10 days. Check with production.
8. Rush service add 20%.
9. Customer must provide UPS or FedEx number for shipping.

1. Metallic Thread - $.25 per metallic color.
2. Personalization - $5.00 ea.(ie. names)
3. Difficult Items - Add $5.00 ( Bags, Carharts, etc.)
4. Special order thread quoted by customer service.
5. Keyboard type - $9.00
6. Set-up - $25.00 minimum. $300.00 maximumum.
7. Digitizing fee is $5.00 per 1000 stitches.
8. Special requests accomodated when possible.
9. Applique add 10%
