We have the best contract embroidery in the business. Our factories are stocked with enough machines to to handle any job. We specialize in contract embroidery on hats, shirts and applique. Our contract embroidery prices competitive and our turn around times dependable. Contract embroidery is available to to bonafide trade customers only. Those customers include screen printers, embroiderers and ASI dealers. All goods received from major t-shirt, hat and polo shirt distributors must be in the name of the customer providing the purchase order. We are a one day ship from Alpha, NES, Sanmar and Bodek. All orders are accepted by purchase order only. All pertinent information regarding in hands date, thread color, quantity, sizes, ship to addresses, etc. mus be on the purchase order.
Production is scheduled after approval of proof if required and receipt of goods. Proofs exceeding 10,000 stitches are billed at $10.00 ea. There is no charge for digital proofs of designs less the 10,000 stitches.
Blue Heron does not compensate customers for goods damaged in production if the value of the goods is less than $100.00. Blue Heron does not compensate customers if damages are within the industry standard of 2% - 5% damage rate. Industry standard trumps dollar value in all circumstances. Replacement goods are the responsibility of the customer. Blue Heron may opt to issue a credit to customer in the event damages exceed the stated threshold. Blue Heron carries errors and omissions insurance.
All contract services are paid on a Visa or Mastercard.
Blue Heron verifies counts of merchandise prior to production. If descrepancies are found the customer is promptly notified and production will be recheduled.
Shirts and hats can't be group for total quantity.
Turn around is 5-10 days. Check with production.
Rush service add 20%.
Customer must provide UPS or FedEx number for shipping.
