We print ONLY on Kornit Printing machines! Why? Kornit is the gold standard of all direct-to-garment t-shirt printing equipment. Kornit is industrial grade gear unlike the smaller table top units that many digital t-shirt printers have in their shops. With Kornit equipment we have complete control over the outcome of the digital printed t-shirts. These photo's are actual prints from a point and shoot camera.

Most digital tee shirt printing is done using windows based drivers to facilitate the translation of the tee shirt art from the computer to the machine. In many cases when printing on dark custom tee shirts is required that will not work effectively. Many designs require special attention and color correction in Photoshop. Lesser technologies will not allow the scope of art adjustment that we can achieve. Our end results speak for themselves!

Many of our customers are upscale entertainment events and licensed products companies. In this arena nothing escapes a licensors critical eye when approving custom t-shirts for sale. Colors must match, the integrity of design must be exact to the original file. The quality must be above average and the “feel” of the print must be natural. Our customer routinely tell us that our finished product has a better fell than screen printing and includes more detail.

We know that not every customer can provide the high quality images that produce the best results for printing t-shirts digitally. The best files to print from for direct-to garment t-shirt printing are layered Photoshop files on a transparent background. This is especially true when printing on black or dark colors. If your file contains feathered edges (glows), it should always be on a transparent background. Never flatten or merge your files. For white tees, nearly any file type will do. Direct-to-garment files should be as close to size as possible when printing tee shirts.

If you cannot provide the “ideal file” our first choice is Adobe Illustrator or PNG, followed by jpeg, bmp. We also offer a comprehensive art clean-up and art creation services starting at just $25.00 minimum billing. We also offer Photoshop masking services for original art scans.
